Has any picked up hte new Illuminati? A skrull posed as Blackbolt. Neither Pro x, Dr. strange, or Iron could detect him as an imposter. When he reveals himself he has the sonics of black bolt (to some degree), mr fant stretch, strength of namor, and mental powers of Prox. Wow. They take him out two more appear. One looks like collosus and the other is weilding Thors hammer (fake im sure).

The reason a god like thor born with power is not a mutant is that they are not a genetic evolved version of homosapien evolved to homosuperior. They are much much further on the evolutionary latter if you NEED to think of things in those terms. But the reality is they are gods and far superior. A typical Asgardian is more powerful then the average mutant. Most mutants are not at the powerleve

I don't thin Thor has any aspect of the Odin power right now. I think Marvel is just showing him as the God that he is. I never understood why readers didnt get it with thor. He is a God. Readers and MSU game players tend to be so myopic and think Thor can only do whats on his character right up. When the reality his powers are almost as diverse and powerful as Silver Surfer and Dr. Str

So any one see the recent issue where Thor controls earth and makes a canyon? So do we add Unearthly earth control to him as well. I'd say so.

I concur whole heartedly. He is no more powerful he is just using his powers more. Summoning Asgard was not an aspect of his dimensional powers. FOr that to be the case Asgard would have had to exist for it to be summoned from one dimension to the next. But there was no Asgard, he simply created it.
The fact of the matter is Thor is a magical creature and can do magic. I know this may sho

Powersurge hate to say it bud but I told you so. As two huge Thor fans we dont agree on a great many things but the one thing Ihave noticed on this is we do agree on is we both love Thor. Though I remember a long time back state Thor would be anti reg.

Putting aside how much I hate iron man. And when I say hate i mean in the sense that you hate a villian, i actually like the character . Kind of love to hate him.
Putting that aside glad the treated Thor in the right way. He says very clearly that he was not holding back at all. meaning all other encounters with Iron man is like people ahve said in the past Thor usually holds back when dea

More warrior culture then the greeks? You are familar with the spartan army. They were entire city state based upon war. As Herculeas was also a roman god (though mostly a greek) do you get more warlike then Rome? I mean they conquered most o

I read book 2 today as well as WW hulk xmen book 2. ANd let me say I have strongly mixed feeling about this whole series now. On the surface I think it is pretty cool to see the hulk try and destroy the earth and come head to head with so many great heros.
However on the other hand. Its being written in a way that there is really no challenge for the hulk. It doesnt even seem like it is th

So that being said I dont think that have depowered him and made him weak. I think that have just brought him back to where he is supposed to be. WHile other writers used him as a plot device in the past which made him TOO powerful. Now he seems to be about right.

H ealso took out the might avengers when the New avengers were ambushed with a fear type spell. So id say he is still being portrayed as pretty powerful. Has he started mumbling a few words and all the might avengers whent "oh @#$%&". Then some dialouge after the fact saying, "did we know they had Dr starange?"

sigh you guys still don't get it. It is what I an others have said of strange all along,. he is powerful but with a ton of limitations. One, its a cloak of levitation not of flight. meaning in a air plane going done with a ton of G forces working against it pretty tough to levitate,.
Two he did cast a spell during the crash which is likely the reason that the crash was such a soft cra

You know he makes some great points. Prime may still be a bit over powered in my opinion but not by much. That matrix of leadership really does add a lot. Punstarr go watch the original movie it will give you a great idea. I can't believe you never saw it.
Even some of th episodes after the movie talk a lot more about the matrix and about primes age.
Prime wasnt always Prime though

There are two hopes of Thor joining the initivtive. No Hope and Bob Hope and Bob is dead.
Now THor joining the New Avengerswould really balance those two team against each other.

I dont mind how M day took part. And if I was a writer to explain away why popular characters till have powers is fairly simple. Scralett which cawsed the depowering so clearly if she decided that those close to her (which are also the popular characters) still have there powers it would not be a stretch.

From what i can tell I think Thor will be dealing with issues of his return. Where is asgard, the other gods, ect. Before he even has time to notice CW, iron man, hulk, ect. So dont expect much interaction with others for a little bit.

One thing I enjoyed was in the HOUSE of M. THe fantastic Four reality where Doom took on magneto.
These two really are classic major villians and should naturally become enemies. I'd love to see a story where Latveria decides to invade Genosha.

I think Thanos is out. But I am a little disappointed to see that Nova left earth and will likely not fight the Hulk. As Nova now is at the top of the tier of superheros I would have liked to see him and Hulk go at it.
With Thanos being dead how about Hulk vs the guy who killed Thanos, Drax vs Hulk green vs Green?
However cosmis beings like Nova, Quasar, sufer ect seem to not be in mar
