Iron Will: JJE has an Iron Will so powerful (Beyond), that it effectively makes him invincible. He can use a power stunt to constantly make his psyche and endurance Beyond though sheer force of his tremendous will, and he does not have to be conscious for it to stay this way. He can raise any and all of his FASERIP stats to Beyond at will, but typically, he just sticks with psyche and endurance unless the situation calls for more. He cannot be substantially harmed by any attack in the known universe.
Coloration: JJE possesses the power to manipulate the light spectrum with infinite (Beyond) potential. He is able to use this power to create a wide variety of power stunts that are created by extending his mastery of the light spectrum to the electro-magnetic spectrum, and then subsequently, gravity and strong/weak nuclear forces. As such he can manipulate the universe in a manner that his power stunts effectively give him every power in the ultimate powers list, as well as every power not listed in the UPB that are conceivable by him, at Class 5000 rank.

HISTORY
JJE was a normal, everyday guy in all aspects. In fact, to any who come across him now, he still seems that way. As a child, an accident caused a freak head injury that nearly killed him. After he made a miraculous recovery from the accident, he found that the neural trauma gave him a dual benefit... the subconscious fight for his life took a nearly impossible turn and opened his mind in a way that allowed for limitless mental control of his own being (which is what allowed him to recover from what was a "certain" fatal injury according to everyone in the medical proffession), making him effectively immortal and invincible. It also allowed him to see residual traces of all of the different energies in the universe. He devoted many years to the study of these energies, and after a while he learned to manipulate the light spectrum with limitless ability. This ability eventually lead to the mastery of many other powers and after a while he decided to use these powers to keep the balance in the universe. Whenever a being or circumstance threatens the balance, JJE appears and lays down the law (Judge, Jury, and Executioner), then dissapears and returns to his otherwise normal life.
