some of the powers come with obvious limitations. due to environment.
Sound & Fire wont work in a vacum.

No air molecules to vibrate or consume.
Powers that work on touch... enough said.
You could also have the power limited to touch.

Travel powers, limited to moving where you can see. eg teleport.

Dimension travel. Each new Dimension is a power stunt subject to normal power stunt rules.

Imagination is a great thing.... and I am sure that the above should help get you started on your own limitations. When in doubt put it to a vote with the group.

The player that will recieve the limitation may vote against it but just about everyone else will be impartial.
