I think he's shown rather authoritatively that his fighting is of at least Incredible caliber.

I've done a retooling of chi manipulation to make it more dynamic power stunt wise. I think someone out there has it posted on there site, maybe Tystates of Vlemming's and i developed it way back in the marvel mailing list days.
Basicly it now allows for chi tenchniques as well as finishing moves similar to those seen in fighting games like Street Fighter. It also makes healing and

Captain Britain still has a very mystical element to his character. As we saw with the introduction of Captain Britain 2/Lionheart, he still is a transdimensional whatever he is of England or something. And him being retconned into a mutant.... I'll have to research that, because i've seen fairly recent mentions of his mystical artifacts as well as his magic powered suit.

His Monsterous strength is legit. he hit Iron Man one time in Contest of Champions 2 and Iron Man's systems were all going screwey from the damage.
He uses those blades because they're lethal. They also cut through a bunch of tough crap. Since he's been fighting Sentinels, Androids, and Shi'Ar in Power Aromor, having something that slices through robo apendages is a boon

In comics, most super teams admittedly have people on a roster that range a broad spectrum of power levels and abilities, green arrow on the JLA at the same time as Superman, or Black Widow on an Avengers roster that has the Sentry.
That said, just for fairness to the players during creation, i tend to have them all use tyhe same number of creation points to generate their character, with pote

Check out the power description for DF manipulation in the Advanced Players' Book. It states verbatim that the source of the Darkforce energy is a malevolent in nature. Malevolent = bad. That superheroes have been able to overcome it is fine. But that doesn't mean that there isn't an undercurrent of malice inherrant to the power.

lots of people have killed people unintentionally.
Spider-Man did it in that Spider-Man/Wolverine limited back in the 80's.
Hulk - duh
Jean Grey as Dark Phoenix
Lucy in the Sky from Runaways unintentionally killed a vampire by letting it feed from her.
I'm sure there's lots more.

At the end of the day, yes, it's all numbers and no matter what numbers are on a character sheet, there are bigger numbers to send that character's sheet up against. That said, there is a matter of scope. Does one want to play at power levels rivalling a nuclear explosion, or even more powerful than that? That's purely a matter of asthetics. Some people want to affect things on

The only power i know of that inherrantly pushes a PC towards Evil is Darkforce Manipulation. Which i've had great fun with over the years to corrupt hero PC's. Anyways, it's how a person applies the power as said above. You don't have to use a power to its most destructive or lethal ends, which is part of the core themes of being a hero.
And no, I don't roll up an

Personally, it seems counterintuitive to me that one's magical ability surpasses their Psyche score. So generally speaking, i require all magic weilding chars to have a Psyche greater than or equal to their magic rank.
When I'm ranking the stunt, I base it at rank - 1 cs during the "stunt learning phase" and then I award the full power rank once the stunt becomes part of t

I'm going Lex on this.
The question is who's harder to defeat. not who'd win in a fight. Superman has an exceptionally harder time defeating Lex considering his advantages and resources, than do the Fantastic Four defeating Doom considering their advantages. Lex is a mere human economic, iventive , strategic, scientific, and criminal genius. with no powers. and yet somehow

I would say, since it's a robot, and robot's get some downsides for popularity and such...
The inventor can make the applicable feats, and if successfull, that would translate into a Karma discount the robot would have to pay in karma for the power level increases.

In regards to havok, he is indeed a battery of Cosmic Energy, and does absorb ambient amounts of said energy naturally. However this isn't done actively, and it's done a a relatively low and gradual rate. For instance, if the Silver Surfer were to fire a blast at Havok, Alex Summers would not be able to consciously absorb that energy, and instead would take damage as normal. One coul

I think there are talents that could be applied in 'to hit' rolls such as Cyclops' spacial geometry talent which could be used for targeting. But a talent especially designed to boost not only to hit rolls but overall damage as well? nah I don't think it's a good idea, just

Looking at Slayback and what I can remember from the 1st Deadpool limited series, here's what I'd suggest...
His talons doing Mn edge is a bit much. He would have gone through Deadpool like @#$%& through a goose with that kind of damage. I'd say more like IN or AM. Probably more on the IN side.
His elongating to 5 areas away seems a bit high too. In the comics it never se

What I tend to do with magic, and this is my own house rule stuff, is I treat magic as it's own power.
So under powers, someone has "Magic" listed under it, and then they give that power a rank. Then I treat every single spell as a seperate power stunt, since I think the cost in Karma is about equivilent to reflect time spent learning and practicing the spell.

I just think that a game where Cyclops can never fire his eyebeams at full power because of some weird body stat/energy stat correllation means he'll never have enough energy stones to use his power as designed is dumb. Marvel has its issues, but I can use the classic system to run any game in any genre I want. I'll just stick with what works.
