I've definitely done my own research and play it my own way, but I thought this topic would be interesting enough to converse with other players about. My apologies if I am incorrect on this assumption.
Moving on, let's say that we use common sense to define the speed intensities for these powers. We still don't have a way to decide, in game terms, which is more difficult to defend.
Seems to me that there should be negative column shift for things traveling at extremely high speeds. Since Spiderman's webbing only flies as fast as a bow it would be much easier to dodge than a energy blast from the Silver Surfer.
Any ideas on a good game mechanic to deal with that?
