You could use a certain amount of research and common sense.

A persons sneeze can travel at about 100 km/hr.

Depending which spider webbing that Spiderman uses in your game. The Pressurised wrist packs or the natural webbing you can make some guesses.

You could say that the natural webbing could move as fast as an arrow from a conventional bow. (not compound.)

You could say that the presurised webbing of old version of spiderman is probably about the same as a bibi gun, (slug gun for you Aussies out there) also known as an air rifle if I am not mistaken.

All other powers of energy gen you could say move at power rank speed (use the air column for movement)

Any sound based powers you could say move at the spead of sound.

Light would move at the speed of light.

Any with a physical component back to power rank speed.
