That is the part that I was confused about. Not so much the weapons systems, but the comparable power effects.
In the example with Spiderman, do you think his webbing travels faster than a bullet? I don't. But, I'm not sure how to define the speed of something like that or how that would effect the way you can defend against it.
How do we define the speed intensities for powers that are projectile in nature?
