No kidding. Azreal makes him look like a pansy - and he kicked his @$$ after getting back. Brucie is definitely of the Amazing fighting persuasion. No doubt.

MacGuyver would be Tinkering..Unearthly(125)
I'll take this chewing gum, some duct tape and a piece of paper and make a tactical nuclear weapon...
That dude was unreal.

No they aren't. He can teleport anywhere, he just needs to be sure that he isn't going to teleport into anything. Therefore he generally only teleports line of site.
There was one classic X-Men where doom had kurt locked in a box, but he could not escape because he didn't know if he was going to teleport into something. He ended up teleporting about a mile into the air, used ai

He could almost take down Wolfspider.... Looks good Warlock. I didn't know that the other heralds were about too. That a new change?

I dunno about numbers, but about half the powers talents and skills will go away. Damn I tried to play rifts a couple of times and it took several hours just to roll up a character. I had the robotech rules at one time, though, but never got to play. Robotech rocks.

Did you stat out Boneparte? Everyone else (except maybe the Cat girls) are completely human.

The Hulk from the Judge's book? What kind of argument is that? We're trying to represent the Hulk from the comics in the game. If you want the Hulk from the judge's book, use the stats there. I don't think the Hulk would get as high as Shift-X, but monsterous or unearthly would make sense due to his unbridled rage. I've argued logically for why and there is precedent

Spirit,
That's pretty accurate if you're talking the Hulk that had banner seperated. He took down ALL the Avengers. The some lame human chick pulled Judo on him, when Cap couldn't do anything.

Nevertheless that is how he is portrayed. He get more deadly as he gets angrier. It makes no sense, but these ARE comic books.

A slight exageration, but not too much. The marvel site has Hulk listed as 1,040 pounds. His fists must pretty d@mned big.

You'd be hard pressed to avoid a 3 foot wide fist coming faster than you can see straight for your head. That is the source of the Hulk's higher attack rating. Course I'd force the player to use karma if they tried to do anything beyond punch or grab their opponent.

The fighting rank takes into account anything that contributes to a good fighter. There are a lot of excellent fighters for a lot of different reasons. Personally, I agree that the Hulk's fighting goes up because he just smashes through defenses, Beast and Spiderman both use their agility to maneuver and strike their pose and Doc Sampson gets punched a lot until a competant fighter shows u

I agree about the Spider Man fighting level. He is one of the most skilled fighters in the Marvel Universe now and has been shown to be so time and time again. He has gotten much better and that should reflected in his stats.
As far as Doc Sampson goes, I personally think he would have the higher reason. However, in character he would not even try to do mechanical stuff, and I would require h

Yes. I saw an issue of wolverine where he hired them to "kidnap" him so that psylocke and jubilee would have to rescue him, to see how they would fare. I wasn't that impressed with them. That was way back in the 90s, don't know anything beyond that.

No, they were worshipped, just not in public. Although Scandanavia was perhap the area least affected by witch hysteria, announcing yourself a pagan was tantamount to hanging yourself, except slower.

Nice. There's a liitle more detail you told me about but it looks like your universe has a solid core.

At least he died cool. He was a cleric of Thor, and came into a room with 4 or 5 orcs. The other characters were elsewhere, and Izzham, rather than run away and find allies, chanted a battle cry and charged into the throng. He was dead before the others arrived.

You know, I've seen that 'He fought with Cap' line in a couple of posts and if you raised the fighting of everyone who fough with Cap you'd have a lot of punks running around who could beat up Daredevil.
Fighting cap means nothing. Winning, that's something else.

I read the books. They were chock full of gruesome violence and gratutious sex scenes. It was like the B movie of fantasy books. Anyway, Gath would be something like this:
F: Amazing /Un(Best fighter in the world if that's not amazing I don't know what is. With the helmet he is unstoppable)
A: Excellent(No great shakes, but not too bad)
S: Rm/Inc(Nearly superhuman before the helmet
