IF it's going to be the guy's main offensive power, "shooting bad guys", then I don't see a problem with having one of those weapons do Excellent damage (with an explanation, like special ammo.)
I think I've seen the .50 Desert Eagle listed at Good or Excellent somewhere.
Anyhow, in my campaigns, (in my RPG world) guns hit a little harder than in the Weapons L

I've said it all in my subject line, and have nothing deep or helpful to add: The writers' strike could almost make me cry...
Maybe not real tears, but it does make me sad. Real sad. On one hand, I do feel for them. On the other hand, my little family gets some nice together time watching certain shows, and some much needed laughter watching others.
I am sad about it.

Call me crazy, (wait. please don't actually call me crazy) but I sometimes compare Batman to Captain America when it comes to being the "normal" human who can hang with, and occassional kick the a*s of, the big powered guys.
Neat thread, BTW.

I'll give you a hint which MSH RPG forum is in the news, or at least on a news blog. It's about the classic version of the game. It's owned by Aunt Petunia. And it has lots of free resources that make it good for beginners or for advanced players.
OK, it's this one, www.classicmarvel.com.
While supposedly 20,000-30,000 Iowans get their news from the Ottumwa Courier (circ

Happy dress-up-for-candy day. Za Zen: It may be easier to eat candy since no one likes to cook when they are sick.
But that won't help you get better. Eat soup. Or tea. Or soup in a tea cup. THEN you can have ONE piece of candy. I pray to God I'm not too late. Feel better.
By the way, a car behind me at an offramp was being driven by Robin. He had glasses instead of a mask, but o

Help... which was the comic where they investigated murder of Sue Dibny? I'm trying to put a list of three great super hero comics for this blog, and I can't remember the name of that. It sounds kind of like "Kingdom Come" but it's not that, of course. What the heck is it?

Thanks for starting the new thread. I agree the old one was so good, it was actually getting hard to find anything, or even keep up.
I'm not sure I agree on why this season seems crapier than the first season. I love the Hiro story arc, for example. I am tired of the runaways already. Repetative and I haven't been made to care about them that much, feel no ownership. So it's lik

Yes, both Radar and the real guy they say Radar is based on are from Ottumwa. One of them still lives here. Ottumwa is also known as the birthplace and home town of Tom Arnold.
Matt Milner said we are actually getting some hits now, so thanks, guys! He's going to be adding a way to make your voices heard so you can comment, too. If this goes over well, soon the NY Times will have a comic

See. Comics continue to gain credibility. We knew they would. Our city newspaper in Ottumwa, Iowa, which writes about taxes, education and sports now has a section about comic books, though only as a blog on its website.
The police reporter has somehow convinced the publisher, who wanted one blog, to allow it to be about comics. There is no news blog, no politics blog, nothing; just comic book

And didn't DC comics have some immortal guy from China? Or was that Egypt? Sorry.

I didn't even know about it until Nightmask posted a thread titled "Animated Death of Superman."
Thanks.
I read the novelization, not the comics or graphic novels. So I had only my imaginination to picture the fight. Luckily, I'm an RPer, so I actaully still have my imagination.
And when I picture that fight, it's one of the worst knockdown, dragout brawls ever.

I don't like Taskmaster, especially for RPGs. He throws off game balance in my oppinion, and is a lot more powerful than he might look on paper at first glance. And since I prefer low level campaigns, he is just too tough. And, to me, boring.
I do like Moon Knight, what with his background, his skills and his weaknesses.
But in a one on one battle, other things being equal (prep time,

A:
That is the answer of whether they will proceed.
