Servant,
Yes, good point. Str for Roy should be no higher than Typ when he's normal, which is most of the time. I know he works in ajunk yard swimging a crow bar all day, and fights crime at night, but he's still no athlete. Wait a second; I did give him Typical strength! Still, it's a good point.
What I hadn't thought of till just now, though, is that maybe Mr. Furious sho

Power Surge, Judges,stat enthusiasts,
Unfortunately, it's a good observation P-Surge has made. I've always wondered about this, so in some ways, I agree with him. But with adjustments.

But basically, "A" means you can stun or slam an opponent who's Endurance is higher than your strength (you normally can't do that). "B" gives you one column shift when punching someone, so if your Fighting is Good, when using una

Powersurge, I think you're on the right track. Of course a .44 magnum does more damage than a .22 pistol. And to me, the guns have never been listed as powerful enough. Guns are dangerous. As it stands now, The Punisher could shoot Aunt May with a 12 gauge, and she could still go grocery shopping ("Goodness, would you look at what that awful Mr. Castle did to my blouse...") Or he c
