For the Rowdy Rough Boys, I thought about them having stats like the Powerpuff Girls, but they would have a 'Hulk-like' condition where in battle, they would grow increasingly powerful (like in their episode, they almost seemed to be at a equal level until they got stronger)

How about stats for the... ah... Ameoba Boys, Rowdy Rough Boys, Gangrene Gang and... HIM?

Didn't I say that already? :)
I'm positive that A-ko's strength goes up much more (which is why she wears the bracers in the first place), but if you're unsure, see the movies. :)

I thought Batman had problems with lifting anything over 600 lb? (as shown in the Venom graphic novel)
I suppose a fair amount would be Good (18), but since those are always iffy on 'official' character bios... :)

He is. And apparently, Diana, aka WONDER WOMAN, is A-ko's mother! No wonder she has superstrength. :)

Poor Death. Just imagine it, Thanos ran away with Superman.
That's enough to drive even Marvel anthromorphic personifications of a idea mad with jealousy... or something...

Nice. Have you marked down what her strength is if she removed her bracers (which she has done before, when she was at some dinner place, if I recall)...?

It was in one of the later books... I can't remember which one though. I do recall the few drops. :) Obelix was SO HAPPY...
But, Getafix does seem to imply that any more magic potion to Obelix would have unknown side effects... Obelix has heard the same story over and over again that he grumbles all the time when Asterix gets his potion... :)

I guess the original X-Men stats had them written up as still being green to the role. Cyclops wasn't drawn to be particularly muscular, remember? However, he is now, so...

Spider-Man has extremely high endurance when pushed... he's gone against many foes at once (all supervillain types), and wasn't extremely tired at the end.
Besides, Wolverine already has his healing to help him out, remember? Wolverine can make do with Incredible Endurance. :)
I remember there was a argument about giving Wolverine Hyper-speed as a power (at a low rank)...
But then,

I thought if Obelix drank a large dose of magic potion (repeat, LARGE dose, as in, one whole pot), he would turn to stone, then later on, revert to becoming a baby?

Apparently, Aunt May has a CL5000 resistance to the rule...

I'm not too good at designing vehicle stats, nor with the complete knowledge of how the Cowboy Bebop space gates and such work, unfortunately. :-o
Anyway, anyone tried using Pierrot as a villain anyway? Just to playtest him. :) I wanna see how bad or good he is.

Well, you have to admit, in the cartoon, John has no imagination when it comes to using his ring. :)
Comics is comics, cartoons is cartoons...

I guess that's why the animated Justice League have John Steward as GL. Extreme lack of imagination, so he's more comparable to the others. :)
Laser bolts, shields of various sorts, power generator (in the form of a *GASP* energy blast)... that's pretty much it...

I've covered 4 of the 5 crewmembers of Bebop, yes? o_O

Speaking of nitpicking, it's odd how Quicksilver can press 1000lb with arms (200lb higher than Cap), and press one ton with his legs (from the handbook), yet only has Good strength on this site...

In the comics, the effects work much more quickly, I guess?
Loss of powers, so he can't fly, etc etc... though in some comics, it barely works on him, so...
Kryptonite works good on Smallville though. Someone holding a chunk of it can immediately punch Clark and affect him, and you can see it hurts him (his blood goes all green in his veins)...
