That's was my point. It will not be handled right and they will miss it up as well. Secondary Mutations are ok...But to me that really does not make the book.
Also, Ultimate titles are over rated crap. Most retell the same stories from way back when (late 60's - Late '70) in a new light with new powers for those ever popular younger reader who can not afford $100+ for the original

Wal,
I am leaving those questions alone!! I don't want to speculate on why Marvel can't write books correctly anymore!!:)
Anyway, I just got through ranting on the Carol Danver's question on the other Thread!!!
Overall, the X-Men Book are messed up since the writers don't know what they are doing with the characters. There are too many mutants and they won't kil

Mutant Krees is not unheard of!! Ultra Girl is a mutant kree. In the case of Danver with your example, that is how she found out she was a kree. She was mutated by the ray. However, the ray, in a way, woke her kree genetics. It was rumored that the ray at one time transferred the original Captain Mar-Vell powers to her. But later in the Ms. Marvel books, she found out that it wasn't the cas

According to Who's Who in DC universe, she did not have a resistance when she used her growth powers. She only got an increase of strength. from it. This made her fit perfectly in the growth power for MSH under UPB. Growth by definiton under UPB give a measure of resistance due to size, It hit from bullet and cuts being like grain of sand. Furthermore, she can not always access the binary form at all times. The way it was explained in the Avengers after Heroes Reborn is that it a subconscience react to use the powers. Normally moments like that get writers into big trouble. You can't give blanket statements like that an expect long time fan like me to not say something. But it was an observation on my part and a mistake on their part.

I think you missed a part of what happens in Good role play in MSH when it comes to wrestling.
Wrestling in there terms of grabs and holds happen more of less like this:
1. Agility feat to initiate the grab.
2. Strenght Feat to secure the grab.
3. Opponent, if initiative and/or a power allows, attempts to Dodge with Agility feat or Reverse with a Strength Feat.
4. Person who is applying the gra

I don't think a mutant strain of Apocalypse's Techno-Virus (aka the legacy virus) could be equivalent to AIDS. To me, saying that Mutants are amune to AIDS make we wonder how come they still get the common cold, flu, etc.!!! I just think it is poor writing on Marvel's part as normal for X-men. I think they said that since ArchAngel has mutated further where his blood heals wounds a

The answer to your first question about permanently taking the power, Rogue would have to do a psyche feat roll to maintain her persona and not the person she is touching. If she fails, the other persona would prevail with using their own powers in her body.
For example, When she touched Ms. Marvel, aka Warbird, aka Carol Danvers, not Sharon Ventura, she not only got all of her powers but her p

I agree with you on that one. I am amazed that a spider-man "average" villian was that powerful (that ans why he was not constantly talked about.) I don't exactly remember him in the comics.
With stats and powers like that, Both Cap and Taskmaster combine would be a light workout!! Your only hope would to have a Mind Blast or Mind Wipe Power to use against him.

I understand your rant. However, Fighting and Agility go hand and hand in a way. It is one thing to know how to throw a punch or a kick (AKA fighting) and there is another thing to be nimble enough to land it (AKA agility). Sometimes the line is hard to draw where one leads and the other one ends. I agree that Wolverine needs his agility lowered in comparison to Jubilee...(by far due to age, exp

Yes it is cooler but according to the rules of MSH (In the players handbook) that type of attack would be consider a multiple attack in the same round.
You may award karma for the description of the attack but it is hard to pull off due to the number of roll needed to successfully land the attack.

Threat...It happens all the time in real life.
Perfect example is Footbal where 5' 5" 160lbs half back can bulldoze a 6'7" 380lb lineman who is stronger than him on a run up the middle of the field.
The attack is momentum based and has nothing to do with strength. The ability to take a hit is not a measure of strength in real life. Toughness does not equal strength.

The way the rule states it is correct. This is based on physics.
Strength has nothing to with a physical charge. It is momentum based. Well at least the rule idea is. This is based on speedster like quicksilver who could theorically in one are crush a brick wall by running into it at superspeed.
Charging for stationary things it is as you described. However when you think of charging, you have
