Hey guys, what can i say, oops! I thought i had submitted this edited Judge's Book several months ago. You should all thank NiniriAZ for waking me up and dusting off the file.
Anyways, Niniri currently has the file and is just looking over it, just to make sure that I did not miss anything. Always good to have someone else go over your work. I believe she will pass it on to Petunia once she is done and there are no corrections to be made.
Now, the Judges Book has been edited with my benchmarks, even the Characters in Chapter 3. Now, the majority of the characters have stayed the same, something like 95% of them. A few have changed, mostly these were just adding or subtracting 5 points to health when an ability changed, especially for MN because it is now 80 instead of 75. But the biggest changes were for certain Strength catagories. Rouge for instance jumped up to FN (60) because she could lift up to 50 tons, while the Thing dropped down to WN (90). Also some people stayed at AM (50), like the Crimson Dynamo, but they can lift in game terms up to 25 tons, which is consistant with the Marvel Handbook.
A few other tweaks happend too. In Reason, I gave Reed Richards and Doctor Doom FN (60) rank, while leaving everyone else at AM (50). This is my tribute to these character and to make them that much smarter. Also, characters with many powers at high levels, like Iron Man, i dropped down a hair. He had MN (75) Endurance in the orginal rules, in the new rules I gave him SP (70), which is the "lower half" of the old MN. I figure he has a ton of abilities and powers, he could drop a little just to balance him out. There are others i made that choice too, but nothing drastic. But like i said, 95% of the character have not really changed.
