Darkness Generation is an existing power.

This souunds like a Power stunt / Talent combination.
I beleive the best way to handle that would be to write it up as a powerstunt but in the description state that it makes use of his Martial Arts ability to do so.

I also know what you are talking about in relation to too much paperwork. That is why I make the Players document it on their Character sheets.

I wrote up the details of talent stunts about a year ago i beleive on this forum. Will have to see if it matches what I put up again.

In any case this is just an idea that may or may not suit your GM style. If it doesnt then I have no problem with it. If it does feel free to use it.

I take the view that you make use of what you can use and what you cant use now may be usable later.
