my point is that with some talents basically just give you a +CS to an ability.
eg:
as from the Players book : PAGE 89
Bows: Bows are tricky items to operate, such that those who have not been trained fire them at - 1CS to their Agility. Those with this Talent gain a +1CS to hit with all bows, including crossbows, and may fire and reload in a single round. They may fire multiple arrows on a successful Agility FEAT.
Taking my TALENT feat mentioned earlier.
To be able to attempt this feat you would need to have the bows talent.
So you get a +1CS with this feat to agility.
You need to get the GM's approval that the character could do this.
If you were to try the bouncing arrow Talent stunt you may get a -1 CS for every surface you bounce it off.
Incorporating the idea of a talent stunt would allow you to develop your Talents further.
Talent : Bows as stated above
Talent Stunt: Bouncing Arrow. (off 2 objects)
using this stunt the PC adjusts the trajectory of the arrow being released so that it may bounce of one or two objects to strike said target.
The type of FEAT (made against the (FASERIP) Ability Power rank) needed to make a Talent Stunt is determined by the number of times your character has tried it.
• Never tried it — red FEAT roll
• Tried it up to three times — yellow FEAT roll
• Tried it more than three times — green FEAT roll
Each attempt would only cost 50 Karma points to try. After 10 attempts (call this practising) the Talent stunt is part of his/her bag of tricks. The Character does not need to spend Karma to attempt this.
This is very similar to the Power Stunts Feat.
