Sorry for the delay people, I've got some other projects going on. So to wet your appetite, here are stats for two major villains of the early Power Rangers - Goldar and the Femme Fatale Scorpina.

Goldar
F IN
A EX
S RM
E RM
R TY
I GD
P EX
Health 120
Karma 36

Powers:
Flight: Due to the large black wings on his back, Goldar could fly at GD speeds.

Energy Projection: Goldar has shown the ability to fire bolts of energy from his hands for RM damage, though he seldom uses this ability.

Equipment:
Sword - AM strength material, capable of inflicting up to AM edge damage. With a successful Fighting FEAT, Goldar may attempt to deflect incoming energy attacks back at the attacker.

Armor - Goldar wears a full suit of golden armor, which provides him with RM protection vs. physical and energy attacks.

Talents: Martial Arts A, B, E, Sharp Weapons, Tactics

Scorpina
F RM
A IN
S EX
E RM
R GD
I EX
P EX
Health 120
Karma 50

Powers:
Energy Projection: RM energy damage

Equipment:
Sword: AM material strength, AM edge damage. Scorpina can throw her blade like a boomerang, hitting multiple opponents with an Agility FEAT. Unless a Red FEAT is rolled by an opponent actively attempting to catch the blade (they must have declared this as their only action for the round), the blade always returns to Scorpina the next round.

Armor: Scorpina wears form fitting armor around her torso, allowing RM protection vs. physical and EX protection vs. Energy attacks.

Talents: Martial Arts A, B, E, Acrobatics, Sharp Weapons, Thrown Objects.

Looks like you haven't gotten up to Turbo quite yet. I just saw the movie. The only power I could see right off is that the rangers when morphed were able to move at lightning speed. Other than that it seemed like normal ranger powers. I remember it being brought up that by the time Dino Thunder came around that the rangers had special powers even when not morphed. I'd like to point out that the same could be said in Time Force. Tripp the green ranger had a gem on his forehead and had psychic powers. The yellow ranger was super strong and if I remember correctly the blue ranger had lightning reflexes which he used in race car driving. The pink ranger only power seemed to be falling in love at the drop of a hat and the red ranger (the original one from the future) seemed to be able to tick everyone around him off in an instant! You know it's bad when your fiancee is ready to leave you after a few minutes. Now that I think about it in Wild Force the red ranger could speak with animals before he ever became a ranger so he had a non-morphed power too.

Once I'm done with the villains, I plan to take everything I've previously done, make sure it's updated, and then put it all in one huge post.

I'm not trying to rush you or anything Spyder. The stats have been amazing and I am really impressed by how quickly you are pumping them out. I was just thinking that since I've finally got some free time that you could give me a few assignments to speed things up. Also I could probably try my hand at SPD. But I leave it up to you cause I don't want to step on your tail or anything.

Space Patrol Delta Powers
The B-Squad Rangers utilized technology created by Kat Manx to become S.P.D. Rangers. The Delta morphers allowed the cadets access to those abilities. The Delta Morpher also acted as a communication device and a judgment scanner, capable of judging whether or not a humanoid was guilty of the crimes stated by the S.P.D. Ranger. When morphed, the rangers gained the following:

- +1CS to Fighting and Agility (max IN) and +2CS to Strength (max IN) and Endurance (max AM)
- Hyper Leaping: EX
- The Ranger's suits provide them with PR True Invulnerability vs. all attacks.
- Deltamax Strikers: The typical sidearm of an S.P.D. Ranger, the Deltamax Striker is split
into two components. For melee, the Rangers use a baton mode, which inflicts RM edged damage
to a foe. For ranged attacks, the baton can be combined with the second, gun handle-like
component, which was designed to hold the baton horizontally in place. In this state the
striker fires beams of laser energy for RM damage. These are available to all but the Red
Ranger, who has the following...
- Delta Blasters: The Red Ranger has access to the Delta Blasters, two firearms the each
project beams of laser energy for RM damage. A trained Red Ranger (one with at least a +2CS
for firing ranged weapons) can fire both in one round as if he had the Extra Attacks power.
This bonus is in addition to any multiple actions gained from rolling a normal Fighting FEAT.
Red Ranger can combine both blasters into one, firing a pulse of energy for IN damage.
- Each Ranger has the ability to call upon R.I.C (Robotic Interactive Canine) to form the
Canine Blaster. R.I.C. reconfigures to form the large cannon when thrown a cylinder-like
component (essentially a robot bone), firing a huge blast of energy for AM damage.

SWAT mode:
When the Rangers were forced to attend a "boot camp" in order to learn how to work together as a team, their training and teamwork were rewarded with SWAT mode, which gave them access to an upgraded arsenal. In SWAT mode the Rangers enjoy the following:

- SWAT vests and leg armor enhance each Ranger's True Invulnerability to TY.
- Each Ranger gains access to a Delta Enforcer, a sleek assault rifle capable of firing twin
beams for AM energy damage.
- The Ranger's receive enhanced communications and sensor abilities, giving them EX night
vision, RM thermal and U/V vision, RM Energy and Life detection (both with a max range of 5
areas), AM ability to focus on an object or target within their line of sight, and UN
communication abilities.

Shadow Ranger Powers:
"Doggie" Cruger utilizes the Patrol Morpher to transform into the S.P.D. Shadow Ranger, enhancing his already formidable abilities. When Morphed, Shadow Ranger has the following abilities:

- +1CS to Fighting and Agility (max IN) and +2CS to Strength (max IN) and Endurance (max AM)
- Hyper Leaping: EX
- Shadow Ranger's suit provides them with TY True Invulnerability vs. all attacks.
- When morphed, Doggie gains access to the Shadow Saber, a powerful weapon that was once
Doggie's own sword. This AM material Strength Sword cuts for IN edge damage, and can be
powered up to cut for IN energy damage. Shadow Ranger can also unleash a devastating attack
with the saber, dealing multiple strikes for AM energy damage with a -1CS to the opponents
body armor. Doggie can also attempt to block incoming energy attacks with a successful
Agility FEAT vs. the attacks intensity.

Kat Ranger:
On one occasion, Kat Manx was given a morpher by General Fowler Birdie, supreme commander or all S.P.D. This morpher allowed Kat to transform into the S.P.D. Kat Ranger, but only for one hour. When morphed, Kat gained the following:

- +1CS to Fighting (max IN), +1CS to Agility (max AM), +2CS to Strength and Endurance (max IN)
- Kat gained Pr True Invulnerability
- Hyper Leaping: EX
- Kat utilized a few special maneuvers unique to the Kat Ranger. First, with a successful
agility FEAT, Kat could spin around with a trail of energy following her, dealing AM energy
damage to all who she struck. The Intensity starts at FB for one enemy, and add +1CS to the
Intensity for each enemy that surrounds her. She can only use this technique if there are
more than 4 enemies encircling her at one time.
- Her second special attack was a strike from the air. Kat can hit multiple opponents with
small "energy pellets", each doing EX damage. If a target is struck by more than pellet, the
damage is cumulative. Kat must roll on her Agility to hit each target she's attempting to hit
(unmodified by karma), and manifests 1d10 pellets with each successful target hit. The attack
ceases when Kat fails to hit a target, or when she's hit 10 successive opponents.

S.P.D. Omega Ranger (Sam):
Sam is just a young boy on the Earth of 2025, but in the year 2040 Sam is destined to become the Omega Ranger, one of the strongest of his era. Sam uses his teleportation ability and travels back to "present day" 2025 to assist the Rangers in stopping an attack that is destined to destroy them, and thus change the future. As a side effect, Sam is stuck in this time as a small globe of light, lacking a physical form unless he's morphed into the Omega Ranger. As such, his normal stats are unknown, but his stats as Omega Ranger are as follows:

F AM
A IN
S IN
E AM
R GD
I EX
P EX
Health: 180
Karma: 50

Powers:
Teleportation: As a young boy, Sam could teleport himself and other objects with AM ability. Sam does not possess this power now that he has no solid form.

Energy Body: Sam is a floating ball of light when not morphed into the Omega Ranger. He cannot interact with any physical person or object. Sam has a TY fly speed while in this form and can hover in place indefinitely. He is immune to all physical and energy attacks, and can phase with AM ability. Sam cannot phase through forcefields of any Intensity.
As S.P.D. Omega Ranger, Sam enjoys the following abilities:

- TY True Invulnerability.
- Hyper Leaping: RM
- Omega Morpher: Sam's primary weapon and source of power also happens to be his morpher. The
Omega Morpher allows Sam the ability to use a few special abilities. It takes 1 round to
activate any of the following abilities, and only one can be used at a time. First, by
revving the throttle on the morpher, Sam can power up the punch of the hand the morpher is
on, gaining a +1CS to Slugfest damage or allowing his melee attacks with that hand to do
energy damage. Sam can also increase the speed and reaction time of that hand with a rev of
the throttle, gaining MN Hyper Speed. This Rank can be used to block or catch incoming
projectiles (energy or otherwise), or to unleash multiple punches that negate body armor,
both for 1 round.

Talents: Martial Arts A, B, E, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Law Enforcement

S.P.D. Battlizer
Kat and her assistant Boom upgrade R.I.C. even further to give the Red Ranger the power of the Battlizer. R.I.C. releases the Magna Morpher, which Red Ranger uses to transform into the Battlized Red Ranger. There are two battlized modes for the Red Ranger to utilize, and both are as follows:

- Cyber Mode: this first mode enhances Jack's fighting prowess and agility with attachments to
his body, giving him AM Hyper Speed. Jack also gains the use of a photon saber which inflicts
AM energy damage and requires foes to make an Endurance FEAT vs. IN intensity or be stunned
for 1d10 turns. The Red Ranger gains Weapon Specialist talent for this weapon only in
Battlizer mode.
- Sonic Mode: the second mode of the Battlizer transforms R.I.C. into full body armor for the
Red Ranger to wear, providing him with IN protection vs. attacks. The armor provides Red
Ranger with a rocket pack to fly with GD speed, twin siren lasers that each deliver an AM
blast of force, and a large sword which inflicts AM edged damage and can also be powered up
to deliver a flaming attack that does AM damage to all in 1 area and negates body armor.
Because of the bulk of the armor, Red Ranger's Agility is reduced by -1CS. Red Ranger gains
Weapon Specialist with this sword, but only while he is in Sonic Mode

In light of the last few episodes (which I just watched tonight), the following additions are to be made to the above stats:

-Omega Ranger possesses a ranged energy attack from his hand, dealing IN damage to the target.
-Omega's final attack is a powered fist that delivers an AM Intensity powered fist that negates a target body resistance.

I've taken a little hiatus, but I'll be back after the new year with Ranger stats from "In Space" on up. I wanted to finish off the rangers first before I did any Zords (and to be honest, many of them probably have the same stats). Not to worry, I'm still working on it, but I chugged out so much over the span of one month (including other threads and other sites) that I'm just now getting my second wind.

TURBO POWERS:
The Zeo powers were traded in for the power of Turbo to combat the menace of the evil space pirate Divatox, and the monster Malagore, since apparently the Turbo powers would not be enough to combat this new enemy. Those that wield the Turbo powers enjoy the following:

- Physical stats are enhanced +2CS (max of AM).

-The Turbo costume provides GD True Invulnerability.

-Hyper Leaping: EX

-Headlights: each Turbo Ranger has focused beams installed in their helmets, providing RM illumination to an area.

-Turbo Speed: Each ranger can access a moment of enhanced speed, spending one turn to activate. The ranger is then treated as having Hyper Speed for 1d10 turns, but cannot activate the ability again for an equal amount of turns x2.

-Turbo Blasters: each Turbo ranger has access to this sidearm, sporting a normal and powered up mode. The weapon inflicts IN energy damage in its normal mode, and fires a more powerful shot when powered up, doing AM energy damage to a target. The sidearm must recharge for 5 turns before firing another powered up shot. Each gains the Marksman talent for this weapon when morphed.

-Turbo Swords: Each ranger can also call upon a Turbo sword that can cut through AM material strength and does IN edged damage. By pulling the handle on under the grip of each sword, the blade can be energized to do AM edged damage for 1d10 turns.

-As always, the rangers have access to their respective Turbo power weapons, each one specific to the ranger. Wind Fire is the weapon of the Pink Ranger, and fires AM rank energy pulses. The Thunder Cannon shoots huge AM rank energy bolts, and is the weapon of choice of the Green Ranger. The Star Charges are wielded by the Yellow Ranger in melee combat, and inflict AM electrical damage with each strike. The Blue Ranger's twin Hand Blasters, each fire AM rank beams of energy. The Lightning Sword, weapon of the Red Ranger, can inflict either AM edge or energy damage to opponents. Each weapon can be powered up to deliver a single AM rank attack that reduces an opponent's resistance -1CS as well for that attack.

-R.A.M.: The rangers weapons can combine to create a small race car called R.A.M. (Robotic Arsenal Mobilizer). The car is its Turbo Formula Mode, which can then pop up on its wheels into a power blaster that delivers a MN rank energy beam to its opponents.

-Turbo Navigator: Each ranger can call upon this item, which is used to track energy signatures and scan for powers sources, giving the devices the powers of Energy Detection at RM rank, and allowing the device to pinpoint a specific targets signature with RM ability, both over a 6 mile range. The Navigator can be converted into a handheld blaster the fires a thin beam of energy for RM damage, and can be combined with a Turbo blaster for added power.

-Turbine Laser: the Rangers can call upon this weapon, which inflicts AM damage and negates targets resistances by -2CS. It has both an air and ground transportation mode, and can be mounted on the top of the Storm Blaster vehicle.

Phantom Ranger
F IN
A RM
S IN
E AM
R EX
I EX
P RM
Health: 160
Karma: 70

Powers: Phantom Ranger may have other abilities, but they are largely unrevealed. He has been known to employ the following:

Invisibility: AM

Body Armor: Phantom Ranger's armor provides him with IN protection from physical and energy attacks.

Laser blaster: Phantom Ranger employs a high powered laser pistol, which fires AM ranked energy beams.

Hyper Leaping: EX

Power Ruby: Apparently the source of the Phantom Ranger's powers, the red ruby centered in his chest plate also allows him the following abilities:
-Deflector Shield: IN reflection ability

Phantom Ranger can call upon his Zord, Artillatron the Turbo Transport, and has brought new Rescue Zords for the Turbo Rangers use after they lost their Turbo Zords. Phantom Ranger also supplied the Space Rangers the Delta Megazord.

Talents: Marksman, Weapon Specialist (Laser Blaster), Tumbling, Martial Arts B, Electronics, Stealth

First, thanks for the love. Now to answer your question, I'm looking at getting the In Space Rangers posted hopefully by the end of this month, early February at the latest. I'm working on finishing up a few characters on another site, and once that's done, I'll get back here. Most likely it will be an alternating thing - though I do have to make time for work and getting my teachers certification as well.
