First off the layout of the write-up is confusing. So for the next one I would urge following a similar design to either what others have done or to what the profiles on this site look like.

I like the history. It is a good story and despite the need for editing and a spell checker, it is done well.

What I think:
He's really too powerful to have been working with the X-Men. Was that intentional or was he weaker when working with them?
I'm a little confused about him having brainy talents (electronics, engineering) but nothing else about his write-up involves being brainy. His stats and powers are all aimed at being a rough-house. It might have made more sense to me if he had the physics talent to account for him figuring out the resonant frequency of a particular target. Otherwise I would have gone for wrestling to work with his high strength.
Why does he have IN resources? What does he do for money?

I noticed that your description of his fire powers allows him to control fire, but I do not see the fire control power? Does your game have a house rule that fire generation allows fire control?
His fireball travels at power rank speed. Does mentioning the speed affect the target's ability to dodge?

By the way, is he a randomly generated character or was he modeled?

All in all it doesn't matter what we think anyway. As long as you like him and have fun with him.
