Just to nitpick, he's 185 lbs. And mutants, of course, are usually stronger than their build would suggest, to say nothing of tougher.
On the other hand, his high-speed attack can hurt opponents with invulnerability. Paulie Provenzano is about as invulnerable as you can get, but Northstar's high-speed attack was the only thing known to hurt him.

Well, some of those writers are British. So am I, and I've been described as upper-class, usually against my protests. I only know one Betsy, and she's in her forties - but considering Psylocke was introduced in the mid-1970s, that's appropriate.
Moving on, there's also Captain Britain, who over the course of Excalibur became an exceptionally well-written character, and I k

The following are stats for full-on Messiah Cable, as seen in the last few issues of Soldier-X and the first few story arcs of Cable and Deadpool. In this state he was a global threat, and could probably have taken on Superman without using his telepathy.
Fighting: Incredible (40).

Strength: Excellent (20).

I think you're overlooking a few basic points about Cable.
-Without powers, he's a better hand-to-hand fighter than Shatterstar or Deadpool.
-He's powerful enough to scan the minds of everyone on the planet at once without the use of a Cerebro.
-He's 350 lbs of solid muscle and cybernetics. Good strength? That's pushing it.
Also, he should have Disintegration and

If Green Lantern is a superhero, so is Batman.
More than that, though - if Superman is a superhero, so is Batman. Because Superman does not have any abilities above and beyond those normal for his race. That these set him above normal humans means nothing. Because Batman is far more powerful than, say, a chimpanzee.
In other words, Batman is a superhero.

It happens. Whim of the writers, and what can you do? On his first meeting with the X-Men, Spider-Man got taken down by Cyclops with one shot, after going through Angel, Iceman and Beast without slowing down. And then there's the execrable Punisher Kills The Marvel Universe, in which the Punisher triumphs because everyone else is really really stupid and out of character, and half of them fo

The comics didn't goof. The RPG simply failed to make allowances for the comics.
The RPG follows the comics, not the other way round. A lot of people seem to forget that.

Rogue no longer has all those powers - or any of them, really. She lost them all at the end of the plot she gained them in. She was completely powerless for a couple of years; these days she just has her own mutation and Sunfire's powers. Because Sunfire passed them on as he died.

They're in the Uncanny X-Men Roster Book. Yeah, except they had a flashback just after Betsy died where they showed Sage effortlessly mind-wiping Betsy, pre-Nimbo.
Also, she was able to equally effortlessly slip into Rachel's mind and take control of her telekinesis, rather more recently. On the other hand, Rachel's been drastically underwritten of late (and I say that actively disliking the character).

That really depends on which version you're after. I mean, under Sean Connery he was a one-man slaughterhouse, capable of beating up half-a-dozen people at once and making it look convincing. Roger Moore was a wimp with many stunt doubles, George Lazenby a serious martial artist, and Pierce Brosnan a return to brutal, but effective, violence.
Roger Moore seemed to know everything about ev

Just give her Omni-Knowledge and Ultimate Skill in everything at Unearthly rank, and Claremont will be happy.
... Seriously, she's apparently a better fighter and more powerful telepath than Psylocke, a better thief than Gambit, a better detective than Bishop, a better tactician than Cyclops, better with computers than Kitty Pryde...

... Last time I checked, Luthor was a big, muscular guy who does martial arts as exercise and likes to spar with his bodyguards. That would imply a higher Fighting, at the very least.
He's also famously strong-willed, to the point where the JLA were able to rely on his own ability to resist mind control. On the other hand, in his current incarnation, he certainly isn't a Reed Richard

And strength isn't just about muscle volume; quality is almost as important as quantity. Bruce Lee was stronger than body builders half his weight again, because he had extremely taut muscles, and very powerful tendons, whilst the muscle of body builders tends to be fairly 'soft' by muscle standards.

Yep, this would be the same Cyclops who, after having his entire life fall apart and becoming an emotional wreck, was put in a situation where he could either kill Storm or admit defeat, and chose defeat.
And then spent a lot of time learning to fight with his eyes shut, to good effect, not to mention at least twelve years as a freedom-fighter without using his powers.

Heh. Interesting question. Does being a dragon count as a super power?
Come to that, do Beast's strength and agility count as superhuman powers? I mean, yes, they're a result of his mutation, but they're passive. He's simply got big, versatile, muscles and exceptional joints. There's really no way to consider him without his powers.

Constantine's style of bluff isn't about boasting so much as it is about the fact that everyone's heard of him. They know who he's beaten in the past, they know that the forces of both Heaven and Hell call him the Most Hated and seek his destruction - and they also know that despite having every Angel and Demon in the universe gunning for him, he's still alive.
