please do not misinterpret my comment.

I can neither demand or deny anyone from using house rules in their game world.
Essentially I would handle the above differently. I would allow someone with the leadership Talent to make either a reasoning roll Feat to attempt the actions that you stated with a +1CS to the roll to see how effective they were in game.

I do see where you are coming from. But I could not see myself using the above rule. the idea of this forum is to float new ideas. So I welcome new ideas being broaght forward.

But keep the ideas comming just the same.
