Madison Jeffries/Box II power question/thoughts

I've been wondering about the power listings for madison Jeffries and what his power actually is, as it seems neither listing actually describes it properly. His main power seems to be Molecular Control with the main description that he possesses the Monstrous rank ability to manipulate those elements within six areas of his position associated with the construction of complex mechanical and electronic devices. His power has been shown affecting far more than just metal, plastics, and glass and extended to microchips and other advanced technology.

While he seems most easy at drawing together and manipulating metal atoms he must have far greater range than that considering we've seen him add to or create from scratch the Box unit just from available materials and even easily revert the materials back to their original state if he so wishes. For example when the Box unit was taken over by a sentient computer virus he managed to use the equipment at an army base to create an entirely new Box unit to destroy the old one and then returned it to the military equipment it originally was.

His only other limitations seem to be having some knowledge of what he's trying to construct and he's been able in the past to take an idea directly from someone's mind while touching their head (he did this often with the original creator of the Box unit and felt some of that genius even rubbed off on him) and create the item as envisioned by said person from what's available, provided sufficient materials are available that is. This is how he created the new Box unit for the original creator of it. It might even qualify as a limited version of Mechanical Creation or Conversion, letting him create mechanical/electrical devices he knows the pattern for so long as sufficient resources are available to do so and develop new patterns on a sufficiently good Reason feat.

"A shared universe, like any fictional construct, hinges on suspension of disbelief. When continuity is tossed away, it tatters the construct. Undermines it."
