Amalgam Captain America Stats anyone?

While the character only existed for a short time I couldn't help wondering just what the stats and abilities the Amalgamated version of Captain America and Captain Marvel Jr. were. As I remember it he derived his powers from all the presidents that made up his name (he specifically calls on Nixon for his tricky nature to aid him during the conflict). Was there enough of him to go on to work up decent stats for him or any of the other Amalgamated characters during that Access limited series where he ended up having to battle an alternate future evil version of himself?
