Resources: Good [10]

Powers:

Precognition - Incredible [40] - This power requires a focus of using Heroin to use. During Isaac's precognitive state, he cannot perform any actions other than painting the images in his mind.
- without using Heroin, Isaac suffers a -1cs penalty when using his powers and a successful yellow Psyche feat to activate.
-Isaac can focus on predicting a single individual's future at -1cs

Powers:
Intuitive Aptitude - Amazing [50] - Sylar is able to understand the innerworkings of any sort of complex system, even those of a bilogical nature. He is able to discern problems with simple machines [such as a watch] as an automatic feat. Sylar can substitute his power rank for his Reason when trying to decipher how various systems opperate, or diagnose malfunctions. The most horrifying application of this power is to add the abilities of other specials to his own at -1cs. To do so he needs to collect his target's brain before acquiring their power. He does not learn any power stunts associated with the powers he recieves, but he may learn his own.
- Telekinesis - Incredible [40]

- Cutting attack for edged damage at Incredible [40]

Intuition- Typical [6]
Psyche- Excellent [20]

Health: 22
Karma: 36
Resources: Good [10]
Popularity: 0

Powers:

Illusion Generation - Remarkable [30] - Candice creates mental illusions that can affect one or multiple targets. These Illusions directly affect the target's mind, and aren't detected by cameras or recording devices. Victims may roll an Intuition feat to detect the illusion, however there must be some sort of clue to prompt the victim to realize something is amiss.
- Candice has claimed that she has been able to induce insanity in her victims by subjecting them to horrific illsuions. To accomplish this, Candice must make a Yellow Psyche Feat and her victim must make a PSyche feat vs. the intensity of the illusion or lose -1cs of Psyche. If a victim loses psyche in this fasion down to Fe[2] rank or lower, they are effectively insane and will cause harm to themselves or others.

Talents
none

Nikki Sanders/Jessica Sanders

Fighting- Typical [6] / Excellent [20]
Agility- Good [10] / Excellent [20]
Strength - Typical [6] / Incredible [40]
Endurance- Excellent [20] / Excellent [20]
Reason - Typical [6] / Typical [6]
Intuition- Typical [6] / Typical [6]
Psyche - Typical [6] / Excellent [20]

Health: 42/100
Karma: 18/32
Resources: Typical [6]
Popularity: 4

Powers:
Alter Ego - Nikki sufferes from multiple personality disorder. Jessica is the manifestation of her other persona based on her dead sister. Although a personality switch can take place at times of great stress [usually from Nikki to Jessica, not vice versa] looking at a reflection is a common trigger. When looking at a mirror, the alternate personality can come to the fore with a yellow Psyche feat, unless the currently dominant personality is willing to relinquish control. It is possible for Nikki to access Jessica's superior stats, however there has to be a harmonious agreement by both personalities.

Talents:

Nikki - Performer (Dancing), Crime
Jessica [note, Jessica has access to all of Nikki's Talents, but not vice versa] - Martial Arts B, Guns

Intuition- Good [10]
Psyche- Excellent [20]

Health: 20 / 46
Karma: 40
Resources: Excellent [20]
Popularity: 0
Powers:
Time Manipulation - Amazing [50] - Hiro is capable of altering the Space/Time Continuum [Like in Star Trek] in various ways. Pre Landslide, Hiro required 1 round of concentration to make his abilities work. Post Landslide, he can accomplish feats instantaneously, though if he chooses to concentrate for 1 round, he recieves a + 1 cs bonus. There does not seem to be a limit as to where Hiro can travel and when using this power, and his power rank reflects the ability with which Hiro can travel using this power, not the range. Complex manipulations, such as teleporting a great distance, or travelling more than one month ahaead or behind in the future or past, gives Hiro a -2cs penalty.
- Freeze time - Hiro can stop time alltogether for an undetermined amount of time. He has done as much as to fill a diner full of hand folded oragami cranes. If Hiro wishes to Freeze time for more than 10 rounds, he must make a yellow power rank feat to maintain the time freeze every minute.
- Slow time - Hiro can slow time down around him, effectively giving him hyperspeed at power rank.
- Teleportation - Hiro can teleport anywhere in the world. Distances greater than 1 mile require a yellow power rank feat. Failure indicates Hiro arrived at his destination, but in the wrong time period. A white feat indicates that Hiro missed the location and time period both.
Time Travel - Hiro can travel both forward and backwards through time.

Equipment:
Kensei Sword - IN [40] material strength, Ex [20] edged damage, grants weilder a + 1 cs bonus to power rank.

[note stats on the right reflect Peter at the end of Volume 1]

Powers:
Mimicry - Unearthly [100] - Peter has the unearthly ability to mimic the super powers of others. While in their presence, Peter can duplicate any superhuman abilities with a successful power rank feat. After exposure to a power, Peter can spend 50 Karma to have this ability added as a 'template'

Once a power has been duplicated a 'template' of this power is stored in Peter's subconscious. Peter can access these abilities by making a Red psyche feat [Yellow rank after the events of "Unexpected"] if the 'donor' of the power isn't present . If successful, peter can use that ability for 1 - 10 rounds. If Peter has used a given ability more than 5 times, then the psyche feat to access this ability shifts down one color intensity. Peter must learn any power stunts seperately.

Peter currently has templates for the following:
Precognition - IN [40]

He never got it though... Didn't Hiro change that timeline?

I don't think so. He never saved Charlie, he couldn't control his power well enough back then. So, if Sylar killed Charlie (which I'm pretty sure he did), then he got the power.
Re: Syler
December 05, 2007 06:46PM
How else would he be able to recognize Hiro's heartbeat?
Nobody could remember that, no matter how good their hearing was.
Re: Syler
December 05, 2007 06:59PM
Maybe I'm misremembering, but I thought Hiro went back and changed things so that Charlie didn't die by violence, only to learn upon his return that she was going to die anyways, due to terminal illness...

Quack, damn you...

Pretty nice, although given how easily mislead Mohinder is I do wonder if he really rates higher than a Poor rank in Intuition, otherwise he needs a limitation of some sort based on that, as he falls for stories pretty easily.

For Peter hasn't he met Nikki and her BF, to have copied their powers as well? Also I gather you haven't worked out the power levels on the electrical girl yet to incorporate her powers with the list Peter has? Oh, and you left off the powers of Sylar and the Mind-wiping black guy from his templates, since his Sylar powers are likely what allowed him to repair his mind and restore the memories he lost when he was mind-wiped.

Oh, for all the regenerating characters are you including longevity or immortality as part of there powers of Self-Revival, since at a minimum we know Adam doesn't age at perceptable rates, so neither does Peter (we don't know enough about Claire yet). Hmmmm, you know that begs the question are we going to see a Peter from centuries or millenia in the future coming back as a crazed villain or from some far-flung time looking to change an event that seemed minor in the past but would have profound effects long into the distant future.

Charlie still died from Sylar taking her brain, but because of Hiro's interference he made himself part of her life before she was killed, making her life a little happier before her death. He simply couldn't save her because her terminal illness was going to take her anyway, Sylar just ended her life a bit early.

Hmmmm, while he was held by the Company alongside Adam did Peter ever meet the guy with Elemental Conversion? We've seen that he spent a lot of time around his daughter and seems like he was around her father enough that he should also be able to change matter on touch (which would be a great way to get into or out of a place even without phasing, just turn the wall to water or if limited to elements oxygen or nitrogen).

If that is so, then how come in the episode when he fights Peter and loses, when he wakes up he is upset about the list being gone. If Syler had Total Memory, he should remeber all of the information he had seen about the other specials?

Think for conciously activated powers, he has to know he has them. That, and the Haitian was always around, keeping his power-copying power from working.

Could have simply been a result of a writer forgetting that Syler acquired that power in an earlier episode. While the series (other than the damage caused by the truncated season 2 due to the writer's strike) has been well written and fairly tightly managed mistakes do occasionally slip through and it's not like Syler's Total Memory is as flashy as his stolen Telekinesis.

The Haitian's power didn't let him stop other powers from working, it simply let him block other telepaths from scanning minds. I don't think Peter requires knowing he copied a certain power in order to use it, he's used powers like flight subconsciously, if anything he's had to learn to switch on any of his powers (like when he had to switch to regeneration after being tossed off the building by the Invisible Man and going for Regeneration instead of Flight).

Hiro / Sylar

I'd just point out here that Hiro's ongoing and growing bootstrap paradox mucking around with temporal displacement creates some bleed in to power stunts probably better described as reality alteration (with Hiro winding up with a trip like that movie *Butterfly Effect*.)

Hiro is a comic book geek at heart, "trapped in a world not of his making" as the character intro goes...

Something to wig on :)

Well now that's forgetting that the entire series revolves around temporal paradoxes and attempting to prevent various future timelines from coming into existence (with the apparent design for the Heroes universe that there isn't a multiverse and time travel does let you change all of reality instead of spawn divergent timelines). Plus we've seen future versions of Hiro and Peter get involved in changing the past, as well as the Peter of the present seeing the possible future horror and working to prevent it (although that leaves you wondering if he has now changed things what reality would he find in trying to return to the future to rescue his GF?). Season three likely will end up going in similar ways, with someone's precognition showing a dark future to prevent or someone going to or coming from the future to reveal future knowledge of a dark future that must be prevented. Heck Peter going forward to try and find his GF in a possible disease-free future might be all it takes as he learns wiping the disease out didn't do much good because the murder of his brother set off a different evil future.
