New here but any stats for the Ghost

I'm kind of new to the MSH. Well at least to the designing of NPCs. And I was wondering if anybody had a decent write up of the Ghost. As in the Iron Man villain. He had Intangibility and Invisibility as part of his technology as well as some tech pacs that gave those abilities to others, but I was wondering if there was some official stats for him.

I guess this means nobody knows. I don't know if this will help or not, but his Invisibility is good enough to not show up on Iron Man's sensors..
