Darkseid vs Galactus: Galactus in a landslide. Not close.
Dr. Fate vs Doctor Strange: If you're talking the original Fate, I would say him. The new guy lacks experience, so I'd go with Strange.
Blue Devil vs Gargoyle: Blue Devil is significantly more powerful.
Lex Luthor vs Kingpin: Luthor has all kinds of superior weapons and technology, and more resources, to boot.
Black Canary vs Syrin: Siryn's sonic powers way outclass the Canary's.
Green Arrow vs Hawkeye: Hawkeye, because he still has those (silly) trick arrows.
Wild Cat vs Black Panther: No idea who Wild Cat is, so I'll pass.
Killer Croc vs The Lizard: Lizard is far stronger and just as savage.
Batman Vs The Punisher: They fought before. Batman won.
Captain Boomerang vs Boomerang: Boomerang can fly. That's a good edge.
Captain Cold or Mr.Freeze vs Iceman: Ice Man's powers far exceed those of both Captain Cold and Mr. Freeze.
Firestorm vs Human Torch: Firestorm, easily. He could just turn the air around the Torch into water.
Plastic Man vs Mr.Fantastic: Reed. He's smarter.
Cheetah vs Tigra: Hard to say. Cheetah beat Wonder Woman, and is much more savage than Tigra.
Giganta vs Giant Man: Don't know how strong Giganta is, but I would tend to guess she wins this one.
Hawk Man or Hawk Girl vs Archangel: Archangel is far faster and his razor wings give him a distance attack.
Huntress vs Black Widow: Black Widow is a better fighter and tactician.
Karate Kid vs Shang-Chi/Karnak/Iron Fist: Don't know who Karate Kid is, unless you're talking the Ralph Macchi character.
Katana vs Silver Samurai: Silver Samurai easily--he can cut through all of Katana's defenses.
Live Wire vs Electro: Isn't Live Wire made of electricity now? If she is, Electro could absorb her energy. If not, it's dead even.
Magneta vs Magneto: Magneto's power far exceeds Magenta's.
Sand vs Sandman: Don't know who Sand is. I'll pass.
Scarecrow vs Scarecrow: Huh. I'd say Marvel's Scarecrow. Isn't he immortal now?
Steel vs Iron Man: Unless we're talking Steel with his Apocalyptian armor, Iron Man wins handily.
Super-man vs Silver Surfer: Hmmmmmmm. Wow. I have no idea.
Timber WOlf vs Wild Child: Don't know who Timber Wolf is. Pass.

Captain Cold or Mr.Freeze vs Iceman - Mr Freeze would not be harmed by Iceman, so I'd give his superior strength the edge. I know, i'm shocked by this one too
Firestorm vs Human Torch - Firestorm. A better match up would be Heatwave vs Torch
Plastic Man vs Mr.Fantastic - Reed wins this. Brains over bafoons
Cheetah vs Tigra - I never really liked Tigra, she urked me. Cheetah by a claw
Giganta vs Giant Man - Giant Man because i could care less on this match up
Hawk Man or Hawk Girl vs Archangel - Death version of Archangel wins. Normal feathered Archangel/Angel gets his halo kicked around
Huntress vs Black Widow - Huntress, she has moxie. No disrespect to the hot Russian
Karate Kid vs Shang-Chi/Karnak/Iron Fist - these guys were strapped to the comet at the Green Arrow/Hawkeye disaster
Katana vs Silver Samuri - Silver Samuri
Live Wire vs Electro - I'd go with Electro, he seems to have greater control of electricity

Scarecrow vs Scarecrow - damn, this would be interesting. Marvel Scarecrow now gains strength from fear, so Crane could just fuel him during a fight. But Crane is smart, so i can't count him out. I'll have to get back to you on this one....

Super-man vs Silver Surfer - as much as I like Noran Radd, I have to give this one to Smallville. You need to give props to the founder of this waste-of-time hobby of ours
Timber WOlf vs Wild Child - Green Arrow and Hawkeye shot both these dweebs before the meteor wiped them out.
Warrior vs Wolverine - Gardner annoyed me, so Logan guts him. Just as a note, I still can't believe he took out Lobo in the DC vs Marvel. I hate Lobo, but even i can't believe that outcome
Batman vs Moon Knight - Batman, not even in the same class.

just a note which version of Timber Wolf? the original legion incarnation? the Furball incarnation or the most current fuzzy humanoid one?

in either of the first 2 case it would be hands down Timber Wolf. The guy simply out matches Wild Child at every stride. With a much higher strength and more durability than even Superman (dc stats) he'd wipe the floor with him and have time to go up against Tyr before lunch.

Not to certain about the Fuzzy Humanoid one (the one from the street gang on Rimbor). That might be a good fight but i'd still give it to T-wolf simply because Wild Child is such a weaker opponent for him.

Honestly a more fitting fight would be Him Vs. Sabertooth.
