Great stats, some MINOR nits to pick:
Martial Arts B probably makes more sense for Mr. Incredible. From the Ultimate Talents List, boxing falls under B, and boxing is most like what Mr. Incredible does on-screen I think.
He seems really good at throwing things, so Thrown Objects might be a fair inclusion (he beans a guy 50 yards away with a rock right to the head, and seems really good at th

Problem is, nobody's power level is really consistent in Marvel (or any other comics I know of). One day The Vision can take on Thor, the next day he's a wuss.
At first, back when Stan Lee was writing him and he had underwear drawn on his silver skin :), his highest stats were probably Unearthly. Later, he seemed to get more powerful. Worth considering is the fact that he seems to

I'd say that is a good representation of the comic version of Doctor Octopus. However, the movie verison seems considerably more formidable:
***MINOR SPOILERS***
-Each tentacle on its own seems about as strong as Spider-Man
-Each tentacle is fairly close to as agile as Spider-Man, it is about 60/40 for him evading them vs. getting grabbed/whacked by them.
-The tentacles give him C

Obvious question for tystates: why the heck does Kirk have Poor psyche in that writeup? He fits the benchmark for Excellent psyche perfectly ("Some experience with mind control/mystic forces"). He is not a week-willed twit, which is basically the benchmark for Poor psyche ("young, untrained, will-impaired").

Some comments:
-Black Adam shouldn't be stronger than Captain Marvel. They should be identical in almost all respects, except that Black Adam is really a grown-up mentally, and of course a psycho.
-Un (100) is probably too low for either of them. They are both just *barely* weaker than Superman.
-Last I checked, Spectre was WAAAY more powerful than the stats you've listed. In fact,

Sure it is plausible. Tumbling is knowing how to take a fall in game terms. For instance, in Airborne school they teach you how to take a fall so you don't break your neck when you make a parachute landing, but not how to be an acrobat.

From the descriptions on this site, Martial Arts G and J sound identical. I assume there is a difference between the two, but what is it? And what "real" martial arts would they correspond to?
Martial Arts G This fighting form relies more on intuition than intelligence. The practitioner of this form can wait until all actions have been declared before he or she must declare an action

QuoteTachyon Beams used to send things forwards or backwards in time seem to be a staple of Sci-Fi, though
True, but this is used for a rather jarring plot twist at the end of the movie. :)

The Vision *is* very powerful. He fought on equal terms with Thor and Iron Man when he was first introduced to The Avengers, and has developed since then.
As for fighting... he has alot of experience. And again, he could cope with Iron Man and Thor for a short period of time. Thus, I think Rm (30) is reasonable. Remember that Spidey has huge agility and danger sense contributing to his comb

QuoteFunky.
I'd agree. Not too many movies cross the Chthulu Mythos with Christianity, old-fashoned zombie movies and quantum physics. :)

That's one hell of a low bar. LXG sucked as a brainless, effects-laden action flick... ignoring for the moment that it wiped its figuritive @#$%& on the Alan Moore source material and lost about 50 IQ points somewhere along the way. In its defense was, well, Sean Connery, just for showing up. Watching him chew the secenery was the only high point of the movie.

Either way, the stats for Beta Ray Bill's original form on this site are way too low. He's a genetically engineered super-cyborg from a race of aliens more advanced by far than humans. I'd give him at least the following:

I think what has to be borne in mind is that, without Mjolnir or Storm Breaker involved, Thor and Beta Ray Bill are evenly matched. Both fought to a standstill, and Bill "won" because he was revived by the heat of Skartheim after they knocked each other out. That doesn't mean their FASE have to be equal, but at least have to be close enough that Bill can beat Thor with a little l

Remember, too, that after her Spirit Gestalt with Puppet Master, Kusanagi would have some or all of his powers.
And it is hard to justify less than Rm (30) Body Resistance for somebody who is made of titanium.

Actually, it depends.
IN GENERAL, the hotter something is, the higher-frequency the light it gives off. So you look at a spectrum, and red = low frequency and violet = high frequency, you can see that blue flames are typically hotter than red flames. Blue stars are hotter than yellow stars are hotter than red stars, and so on.
HOWEVER, some elements preferentially give off light of a cert

QuoteAm/50 at will? Uhhh.... how d'ya figure that? If I'm remembering correctly, in the movie, the only time she ever controllably generated/manipulated flame was when she did the "hand of flame" trick for Hellboy outside the Minimum Security Sanitarium. I'd say no more than Fb/2 controllably, Pr/4 at best.
It was mostly a guess at her end-of-movie state, since her use

Yeah, but they don't act like cops most of the time. So that doesn't really say much. He acted like every other smartass action hero, cop or not (though more fun than most).

I like Sway's writeup, I forgot some stuff. But a couple points:
-I think the cross only burned him because he had (temporariliy) "gone bad" by committing himself to bring about the end of the world. That's why he got the crown of fire and his horns grew out, he "went evil" (then later snapped out of it).
-He never actually showed any Law Enforcement or Detective
