Read or Die

No, this isn't a threat or an admonition to read this thread. I just watched the anime called Read or Die. It was a very different tale of a 007-like world where secret agents with super powers work for the British Library Service (really!) keep the world safe from super villians. Here is my writeup of the heroine:

POWERS
Matter manipulation - special (AZ). Agent Paper has a particular form of matter control. She has the ability to shape pieces of paper into just about anything she could imagine. She can not alter the size of a single piece of paper (be it a page from a book, loose leaf, even money), but she can twist it into just about any shape as need be. Larger constructs are created from multiple pieces of paper. She can also change the MAT STR of the paper to (AZ) strength. She has used this ability to create a parachute; create a giant paper airplane which both she and Miss Deep (a fellow agent) could glide on; create a pick that could break a steel manacle; create a series of shields that can stop bullets, fire, and magical staves; bind the hands of opponents and or gag them with pieces of paper; and create edged weapons. She does not have the ability to create paper, however.

ROLEPLAYING NOTES
Yomiko lives in a filthy apartment surrounded by books. She is absolutely obsessed with them... reading them, collecting them, acquiring them. She does not have a full time job and spends almost all her money on books. If someone tries to take a book from her that she hasn't read yet, she will go to extreme lengths to get it back, even risking her own life. She is very naiive, clueless to her surroundings when reading a book (which is almost all the time), and constantly lugs around a carry-on suitcase full of books. She is of medium height and build, has brown hair she often neglects to comb, and dresses conservatively in a vest, skirt and trenchcoat. She also wears glasses of which she is very sensitive about.
