Gorgon/Medusa stats???

Not to be confused with the Inhumans but rather the D&D Monsters.

Anyone willing to do Marvel stats on a medusa also known as a Gorgon.

How would one do the flesh to stone gaze???

trying to recall some of my AD&D to MSH notes offhand..

the Medusa's Petrifying Gaze could probably be handled via Body Transformation -- Others (Stone only) from the MSH Advanced Player's Book, with the limitation of requiring eye contact to offset the benefit of it being a ranged attack...

Given that Flesh to Stone is a 6th level spell in 2nd Edition AD&D, requiring a 12th level mage to cast it normally, I would roughly rank the Medusa's gaze at Incredible intensity, according to the following simplified conversion guidelines:

Level of Wizard required to cast a given spell, multiplied by 3, gives a rough Power Rank Number for MSH..

Thus, 12th level caster needed (for 6th level spell), x3 = Rank Number of 36, just barely into Incredible, rounded to the standard 40 Rank Number for simplicity..
