Well Endurance quantifies far more than just how well one resists exhaustion, it includes all their physical durability and health, so an Endurance over Unearthly reflects the almost incomprehensible ability for them to resist damage, disease, and recover from injury.
Since Endurance is also a measure of how much you recover of lost health it does mean one recovers astoundingly fast and would almost appear to have Regeneration to an outside observer given how quickly they return to normal health and vitality. One with an extremely high Endurance can recover as if they had a measure of regeneration, although can't recover lost limbs and organs and a heart or brain shot without powers to compensate will still kill.
For someone like Superman or Galactus you can pound them down to almost nothing and they can recover from it within hours or days, depending on how much loss they suffer of Endurance ranks, and because of their high Endurances they can lose more ranks than other and still come back strong.
"A shared universe, like any fictional construct, hinges on suspension of disbelief. When continuity is tossed away, it tatters the construct. Undermines it."
