spider-man overpowered?

hello all,

Lately I have seen on several sites the updated stats for Spider-Man. I am dismissed to see that based on the comics the sites have powered Spider-man to unprecedented levels. IMO, the charm of Spider-Man was he was a "mid-level" hero who existed comfortably in a variety of campaigns. But it seems as of late there has been an concerted effort to "power" up Spider-Man. In my opinion here are the appropiate stats for Spider-Man:

Fighting:Remarkable(30)
Agility:Monstrous(75)
Strength:Incredible(45)
Endurance:Incredible(45)
Reason:Remarkable(30)
Intuition:Excellent(20)
Psyche:Incredible(40)
health: 195 karma:90 resources:gd

Hey man just type normally. Can't read anything past "But it seems as of late there has been..."

The rest says that the stats he's posted here are what he thinks are appropriate for the Spider.

Monstrous Agility? I'm curious, analyst... why do you think his Agility ranks that high?

Probably because it went up to that level after his death and rebirth, when he stopped hampering himself and began to access his full spider heritage. Heck his Danger Sense seems to be evolving into Cosmic Awareness with the range of things he can now use it to sense that's not combat-related.
