• Absorption Power: Up to Monstrous amount of energy before she must release. Controlled dispersal dispels 5 points per round. Energy blasts inflict Excellent damage at 2 areas.
• Disruption: In order for Katie to fuel her absorption power, Energizer must disintegrate an object and absorb the released energy into herself. Apparently Energizer does not convert all of the matter she disintegrates into energy, or create nuclear reactions within it; if she did, she would release far more energy than she has so far. Probably she disintegrates matter by severing the bonds holding its molecules together. Energizer prefers to derive energy by disintegrating solid objects or liquids; gases, except in impractically large amounts, could not give her sufficient energy. When charged with energy, Energizer's body often glows with crackling power. This power functions with Amazing damage to nonliving matter, Good damage to living.
• Group Healing: When the Power siblings are in close proximity to one another (3 areas) they heal faster and rarely get sick. Treat this as regeneration of health at 5 points a round (they can't regrow limbs or organs) and resistance to diseases at Excellent.

Artist: Katie has some talent with musical instruments and can play the Oboe with Typical ability.

Katie is an extremely cute and adorable six year old, with long strawberry blonde hair and bright, inquisitive blue eyes. Katie almost always wears her long hair (it hangs to nearly her mid back) in two tightly braided pig tails. She’s of average height and weight for her age group, but her adventures as a super-heroine as well as countless hours of play have leaned out her baby fat and given her a much trimmer appearance.

Katie’s costume is a bright yellow unitard that covers her from neck to boot. The right sleeve of the unitard is pitch black, as well as a stripe that runs down the right side of her body and a square patch that runs from her neck to the middle of her torso. Within the center of the black patch on her chest, is a stylized picture of one of her power balls. A pair of silver ridged boots complete her costume. The boots are reminiscent of those an astronaut may wear.

Katie is… well… young. So you can imagine what she’s like. She personable, excitable, loud, obnoxious (at times), bratty (at times), gentle, sensitive, jealous, etc. She acts like a typical young kid in nearly all manners. She can be extremely possessive of objects and people she sees as hers, and will often taunt and tease the other children in her attempts to maintain control.

There are several aspects of Katie’s personality that differentiate her from other children. First and foremost, Katie is unbelievably brave, not just when compared to other children, but the same can be said when you compare her to an adult. Her experiences have left her, not fearless, but capable of overcoming those things that scare her. Especially when it comes to the defence of her family or innocents. Whether or not she’s alone or with her siblings, Katie will always strive to protect innocents from monsters, no matter what.

She is also very assertive, and has a clear idea of what’s right and wrong in the world. Initially, she allowed herself to be goaded (or bullied in her own words) by her siblings into using her powers to cause destruction and harm to their enemies. After she used her power to maim the Snark Prince Jakal, Katie resolved to never use her powers to knowingly harm an individual again.

Katie is bright… really bright. For some reason, all of the Power siblings have a seemingly intuitive understanding of basic physics and natural science. Perhaps this is due to the teachings of their father who is a genius in both fields. Moreover, Katie is bright enough to recognize that she is the baby of the group, which often makes her immune to the same punishments that would be given to her siblings. She often uses this fact to her advantage. Lastly, Katie is cute. Not just physically, but emotionally and intellectually as well. Katie has an almost unnatural ability to endear herself to adults of all ages, races or creed. She has effortlessly made friends and allies of several of the adult heroes in New York City including: Wolverine, Thor, Cloak and Dagger, etc. Any single one of them would come to her aid in an instant and some have even revealed their secret identities to her in response to her simply asking

• Power Pack Uniform: Made of Remarkable material strength unstable molecules, the closes provide Good Protection vs. heat and cold. Each member of Power Pack was given a costume made by the Smartship Friday. Franklin Richards was later given a costume by Friday as well. With the verbal command, "Costumes On," the costume will appear, replacing any existing clothes. The costumes are maintained when not in use by residents of an alternate reality known as Elsewhere. In addition to summoning, alterations to the costumes can be made by contacting the Elsewhere tailors with notes left in the pockets. Alterations include space worthy costumes and underwater ones as well. Notices also need to be left in the pocket to transform the costumes to indicate the powers possessed by its member. Additional accessories can also be added that become part of the permanent costume until the kids express a desire to alter them again. The pockets of each costume are portals to Elsewhere. Therefore, the kids can hold a significant amount of stuff in the pockets of their costumes without creating a bulge or weight. The limits of the Elsewhere tailors have yet to be expressed.

The members of Power Pack have each other as contacts as well as the original members of X-Factor, the Kymellian race, and the Starship 'Friday'.

Katie Power is the youngest child of Dr. James Power, a physicist who was working for the United States government on a means of producing large quantities of energy cheaply through combining matter and anti-matter (the sub-atomic particles composing anti-matter have opposite charges to those of the equivalent particles of matter itself. When matter contacts anti-matter, both are converted entirely into vast quantities of energy). An alien Kymellian named Aelfyre Whitemane learned of Power's discovery and intended to stop it from being used. Whitemane knew that a device such as Power's would, despite Power's good intentions, trigger a chain reaction that would destroy the Earth. Moreover, he knew that Power's device was sought by the alien Z'nrx, nicknamed "Snarks," who intended to use it to conquer inhabited worlds.

Snarks captured Dr. Power and his wife Margaret, intending to force him to reveal the secret of his device. Whitemane saved the Powers' children. Alex, Julia, Jack, and Katie, from being captured, but he himself was fatally wounded in the process. Dying, Whitemane transferred each of his superhuman powers into one of the four children, and asked them to use their new abilities to save their world. Katie named herself the Energizer, after her own power, and the four children called themselves the Power Pack. Power Pack thwarted the Snarks, rescued their parents, and destroyed Dr. Power's dangerous matter/anti-matter converter, thereby saving the Earth from destruction. The four children have since continued to have adventures as Power Pack.

Recently Katie was asked by Doorman to join the Great Lakes Avengers during their recruitment drive after the death of Dinah Soar and the apparent mental breakdown of Mister Immortal. Like many other superheroes, Katie rejected the offer.
